ABOUT

Experience has taught us that the greater an attorney’s understanding of the self, the deeper the attorney can understand clients, opposing counsel, judges and, ultimately, the jurors. Surrounded by the beauty of the Colorado Rockies, this seminar taught from August 7-14, 2022 will give students the opportunity to learn about themselves in ways that will help them become more effective trial lawyers as they fight and seek justice.

Led by experienced faculty (at least a 6:1 student-faculty ratio), students will be given the opportunity to unlock their full potential. Trial Skills Foundation gives you a peaceful and secluded environment in which to reflect, take time for yourself, learn about yourself, and build new relationships with trial lawyers from across the country, providing the support and network for greater satisfaction and more resounding courtroom successes.

This course is the only TLC program open to both attorneys and paralegals from eligible law offices.

LOCATION

Estes Park Center is adjacent to Rocky Mountain National Park. It offers plenty of space to gather—indoor and out— with outdoor chapels, fire rings, athletic fields and amphitheaters.

FACULTY

All Trial Lawyers College courses are taught by graduates of the College, who volunteer their time, talents and resources to provide high-quality training not offered in any other CLE program. Because our faculty are volunteers, and are actively practicing in their respective firms, our faculty list is subject to change.
