Alaska Regional: Cross Examination
Alaska Regional: Cross Examination
Cross-examination is simply storytelling in another form. Cross-examination is the time in a trial in which we tell our story to the jury though the adverse witnesses and, in the process, test the validity of the witness’s story against our own.

ABOUT
The TLC Seminar on Cross-Examination at the Alyeska Hotel in Girdwood, Alaska, held from February 18-20, 2022 will introduce you to TLC’s unique cross-examination methods that empower trial lawyers to tell their clients’ stories through the Government’s or insurance defense witnesses.
Taught by an accomplished faculty team of TLC-trained experienced trial attorneys, and supported by TLC-trained psychodramatists [with at least a 6:1 student-faculty ratio], this course will be a “hands-on” experience. You will learn TLC cross-examination methods on your feet, not suffering through endless lectures. Come join us and learn to turn the opposing witnesses from antagonists into witnesses whose testimony supports your case and helps you achieve justice for your clients.
